Why will delivery not enable for a specific day in my Online Store?

We've been using delivery for months, and we toggle between our own couriers and weekend third party help. When setting up the menu for this weekend Thursday, delivery would not enable when I toggled it to third party couriers. I turned it off and now it won't re-enable. Help!
