    <description>&lt;P&gt;First navigate to your Online Store dashboard and click Orders. Click on the order in question to open the Order Details page. You should then see a refund option in the top right corner. You can check/uncheck the items you need to refund before submitting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The shipping label will automatically refund as credit to your Shippo account if the label is not scanned within 2 weeks. If you setup a UPS account through Square then the label will not be billed to you if it is not scanned and shipped through their system.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to know how to void a shipment, the shipping label has already been created so the status shows as complete but I have no way to void the item. Can someone please help me I need to void two items ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
