      <description>&lt;P&gt;I reached out to our Square account manager and she was able to get it fixed. Since that, we haven't had issues with that. We have, however, had issues with all of our online items pre-selecting modifiers that aren't actually pre-selected on our end. I was on the phone with support for awhile. They fixed it but couldn't give me any reason for why it even happened in the first place.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Alright. I've called support now four times and each time they say that they are going to "do the sync" and that i have to wait 24 hours. Nothing has changed. Nobody ever gets back to me as promised. Going on a week of this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get in contact with a specific "account manager?"&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This happened to me the other day! They changed the visibility on purposely set as unavailable items (not the issue I mentioned at all) instead of finding a way to show the items that were actually selected to be visible!&amp;nbsp; I'm having issues with new items showing up in their categories too, did you ever get a resolution?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;I went through what seems like the same exact issue. I ended up having to deactivate my account and create a new one. It was a major pain, but is fully functional now. The chat support is utterly useless and felt like AI. Chat and phone both pulled the same nonsense: telling me it's a syncing issue and should be solved in 24 hours, advanced support is working on it and I'll receive an email followup, dropping my case as soon as I felt we were getting close, and just a bunch of lies. I probably spent 15+ hours with phone and chat as I was a less than a week away from switching over our ancient POS to this present day POS (pun intended). I don't need this problem solved anymore as I am not experiencing it in my new account. They mentioned to DM any of their socials with your case number (not sure which of my 6 case numbers to use) in a review I wrote on trustpilot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
