Issues with Options Sets

We have an annual seed packet sale and we are doing it online this year. I added them all back in October but forgot one, lettuce. I am using an option set since there are multiple kinds of lettuce. I am also adding the inventory number for each kind. Only the first item is showing up on the online store as available for purchase. Also, when I add inventory numbers the message under Gateway Greening Inc is Shipping Available for the first item and Status Unknown for the rest in that option set. Any ideas? I've remade this item and option set multiple times with the same issue and just can't figure it out.
