Bug Report - Automatic Pagination Broken in Chrome and Edge on Windows for Square Online sites

By default shop pages don't use automatic pagination but if you turn it on its broken in Chrome and Edge (Chromium) on Windows. Didn't test Firefox.

When you scroll to the bottom you don't get the ellipses animation and it never loads more product. For now we went back to manual pagination but would like to switch back once the bug is addressed.

It works on Mac and on the phones we tested.

HI, not quite sure if this may help. Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, click Page:Home, Category Pages: Shop All, Click Item List, scroll down to Pagination.

Thanks for the suggest. Yes this is also the default. My report was that using auto load which helps with sales as users don't have to stop scrolling is broken on Windows where about half of our desktop users are.

Unfortunately @RTC, this team doesn't send out any outbound correspondence - it's internal only.
