Logos and Images won't display while editing or previewing

None of my logos or images (other than product images) won't display in site editing nor preview modes; I need to actually publish the site to get them to display and see what they look like, which then requires a lot of publishing when I need to go back to make changes. Thoughts? Thanks much.

Hello @thesewingstage – Thanks for reaching out. When I tested this on my end, I do see your logo.

Have you tried clearing your cache and history or switching browsers? Let me know if that helps!

Thanks MayaP. Yes, I can see them just fine after I publish and they’re live, I just can’t see them in site edit mode nor when I’m previewing. I did clear my cache and even tried a different browser but that has the same result. And it really was all of a sudden; haven’t had this problem before on any browser.

Are you not seeing the same thing I do in the picture above? This is the logo correct? What device are you using? @thesewingstage

As I said, the logo is not displaying in edit mode (first pic) nor preview mode (second pic), but once I publish it is displaying on my live site (third pic).

I'm using a Windows 10 laptop like I have been for five years.

I understand. What I’m showing you above in my previous posts are screenshots of the logo in edit mode on my end when I tested this.

So, you will need to try some troubleshooting steps to resolve this. Clear your cache and history, or switch to a different browser. If you are still having issues, let me know. @thesewingstage

Clearing cache and history doesn't have an effect but I did switch to a different browser and am now seeing the logo in both edit and preview modes. What's strange is that I switched to this same browser last night and it did not display the logo in those modes. So inconsistent results. Frustrating. Thank you for your help, MayaP.

I appreciate the update and understand how frustrating the inconsistent behavior can be. Let’s continue using the new browser for now, but if the issue persists, please let me know. @thesewingstage

I have the same issue using Firefox on Mac OS. Logo is not displayed in preview but once published, it is displayed on the live site
