Cannot Ship to Certain Address?

Today I found out that my website is experiencing check out issues.

Thank goodness one of my friends was trying to buy my items if it was not for that I wouldn't know about this problem. When a customer trys to check out in red my website says that my store doesn't ship to that address I have tried 3 different address myself.

Please be aware of this issue.

I'll be trying to get hold of square to see what's going on.

So sorry to hear about the trouble here with checking out within your Online Store. From what you are describing, it sounds like your site may not have all regions available for shipping. This helpful guide should walk you through double checking your settings are available to ship anywhere.

I have checked that out and from my side looks all good to go. I do have email you guys all ready. I still have have not heard anything back yet.

Hello - I'm having trouble with my site not allowing me to print shipping labels for non-verified USPS addresses. The home exists, and it's a new one in a rural area, so USPS has not yet verified it. On websites I've used previously I've been able to still purchase a label without verification. Could you clarify? Thank you!
