Square gateway is not working

We use appsite123 as our website provider. We have a cart and have Square as the gateway payment. I have called into square and got bounced around several people who seemed to have zero idea as to what I need. The gateway is not accepting payments. Before I go thru the trouble of shutting down everything I do with square do get a gateway that works, I am trying this. The coding and everything I need is on the site and my website developers are telling me it is not going thru on square's end. Is there any help at all available to get this fixed?

HI, to understand, you have everything for your website on a 3rd party site, you are only using Square as payment. If the Square gateway was not functioning all websites would be raising alarms stating it was effecting their business. If your website provider has a Seller Community, you can post your situation there and see if there are more.
