When using the appointments app, does payment for the appointment trigger invoice and payment transactions that will sync to QuickBooks? Or do only invoices and payments generated in the point of sale app sync to QuickBooks?

Hey @jga73!

Thanks for posting.

I'm going to lean on some of our Super Sellers who have direct experience with processed transaction imports to Quickbooks:

any transaction via square should sync to Quickbooks. The catch is going to be in how you’re syncing. If you’re using the Quickbooks/ Square sync then your going to get 1 sales invoice for the total days sales. If you’re using the commercesync app from the Square App Store then you will get a synced invoice for every sale and appt that also puts things like your square fees and sales taxes into the correct Quickbooks journal lines
