Print packing slip does nothing...

I'm trying to print a simple packing slip. This action menu item does nothing.

If I go to shipments, the action menu there has a "print packing slips" item which is really DOWNLOAD PDF PACKING SLIPS. This is an extra step IMO. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? Surely it's not intentional...

When you click Print Packing Slip, you should see it as a PDF, Click the Printer Icon. This will give you your Printer Choices. For me on this computer I see my 8.5x11 Brother Printer or my Label Printer or Save as PDF for options. If I choose either printer the Packing Slip prints out, no downloading or saving of the PDF file.

Do you have a Printer connected to the device you are using, asking since your saying your only option is to Download the PDF.

Keith, I thought I had replied, but don't see it anywhere... I have several printers installed. When I click on the menu item shown in my screen grab, literally nothing happens. I thought perhaps there was a popup that was being blocked or something, but that's not the case.
