Why isn't square calculating commissions correctly?

I own a salon and my stylists earn commission on products sold. When I run the report to see their commission it isn't calculated correctly. For example, the net sales after taxes is $100 so the commission should be $20 but when I run the report it says $14.84.

Have you checked to see if you applied any deductions you would like to not be included in total before calculating commissions?

Same issue here... I've applied the deductions, same thing... Simple commission of 50% and its giving me strange totals..

Some of the transactions on one of my girls has no commission calculated when there is clearly a sale recorded?

Have you double-checked to ensure that this team member has their items commission rate set up properly?

Visit the Team page of your Dashboard
Select the team member you wish to set up the rate for
Under Job Title > click Edit
Ensure that Earns Commission is toggled ON
Check the employee’s items and services commission rate

How do I set up the commissions to only calculate on retail/taxable items and not services? I've read the instructions and my settings don't seem to align with what is outlined.
