How do you reactivate gmail account thats linked to my weebly

I purchased Gsuite Basic through Weebly but when I try to acesss email I am given the following message:

"We are sorry, but your 14-day trial for Google Workspace has ended.
Please subscribe in order to continue using Google Workspace."

However, I am paid up for almost a year but there is no way for me to access my email or find out what is going on with it.

HI, you would need to contact Google Workspace. After a quick Google search I was able to locate this support page.

Why do we have to reach out to Google Workspace when we pay you for the account?

HI, Google Workspace is a 3rd party that offers their services to you. Square only works along side of them.
