How do I access coupons on my Online Store?

I cannot access coupons on my online store. I don't have a settings tab and when I click on Items, I don't have a spot for coupons. Can someone help here?

Hello @srsoapco !

Online Store coupons are accessed via the online dashboard, not the web dashboard. To get to them:

Web Dashboard -> Online -> Items -> Coupons

You can get all your coupons configured here.

it isn't there anymore, there is no Coupons option in items any longer, very frustrating

Hi @akullaf 👋

It sounds like you may have (or had) multiple sites in the account. Can you check under Shared Settings > Coupons It should be towards the bottom of the navigation on the left side of the dashboard, so you may need to scroll slightly.

Why does everyone point to Web Dashboard -> Online -> Items -> Coupons??? There is no option for coupons under Items when you are on the Online dashboard. They appear to have completely disappeared. I have been looking for them for hours and gave up on the online chat support function.

If anyone knows where the current location of Coupons is, please share.

Thank you for reaching out about this! It is possible that you have multiple locations or multiple websites, so that will be in a different area. From the Online Store dashboard, you should see a section labeled "Shared Settings", if you click on that, you should see Coupons as an option. If that does not help, please let me know!
