No option to add coupon code online?

I created a coupon code for services but when customers check out online, there is no option to apply a code.

I want to first make sure you're looking in the right places 🙂 There a couple of points in the ordering process you can add a coupon:

1. Directly from the shopping cart on the right hand side of the website that appears when you add an item:
