Online Order notification wont pop up automatically on Android

So we have Square terminals and Square Apps on Android Tablets. We just got a Kitchen printer to print out orders as they come in but the notification only pops up on the Terminals and not the tablets. Yes I have enabled everything to pop up "immediately" and don't have any batter optimizations running. As soon as I hit the "orders" tab on the tablet, the order pops up and the printer prints the receipt. We use our terminals in remote locations so they are not always there and I need this to work on the tablets without having to press the Order tab so my printer will start printing new online orders automatically. Any suggestions?

Check the printer settings on your tablets for the order printing. There is an option to print automatically instead of manually.
