Transferring a domain from squarespace to the square/weebly site

I have a domain attached to a squarespace site that I need to transfer to the square/weebly site. I'm not able to change the DNS settings correctly either.

HI, is your domain hosted with a provider? or Squarespace?

If with a provider you can search their support pages for how-to.

If with Squarespace you would need to request the transfer out.

Hi my name is Anna Ray-Jones, and I am the author of JOURNEY OF ASHES: a Boyhood in the Holocaust. Weebly is the host for this book's website and I keep getting messages to update my sign on information which I have done so I could be transferred to Square.

I am trying to make this happen but I can't seem to make it work. Can you please help?

HI, to understand, you have your website with Weebly and need to change to Square? Log into Square to create your website.

One additional thing I would add is that the issue you are describing usually tends to happen to people that have more than one Weebly account. We also had a short-lived bug that was causing the update emails to be sent to accounts that did not need it.

Can you please confirm the full URL of your website so that I can confirm?

I checked the account and everything looks great on the backend. I'm pretty confident that your account was receiving the repeated emails by mistake.

If you continue to receive the update email, please send me a private message with a screenshot of the email header (the section that includes the to and from information) and I'll investigate further.
