Location Selection Popups Popping Up Twice

Hi there. I noticed within the past couple weeks that the location popup that pops up when you access the online store pops up twice:

Access the online store...

A popup asks for location (that's fine)

A second popup then confirms the location you selected (that's fine)

Then, select a category in the online store

Popup #1 pops up again, asking you to select your location, even though you just did that

The second "confirm location" popup comes up again

I've verified that this happens in Safari and Chrome. However, it does not happen on my iPhone.
