Any way to add a Rush fee?

I'd like my customers to be able to add a Rush fee, which should be percentage based. We charge 100% on top of the service for any rushes. Is there any way to do this?

Hi there @Speedgraphic. So, currently there is no way to do this at the order level. However, you can do it at the item level. This would involve having two variations for the services — one for “regular delivery” with its price, and one for “rush delivery” with its price. Of course, this would require customers to select “rush delivery” for all services if that’s what they wanted. But it comes with the advantage that if they only want one service rushed and the others regular delivery, they would have the flexibility to do that, as well.

Also, if you want to make a feature request for the team to consider adding a “rush delivery feature,” you can to do on the Ideate Board. But, hopefully what I describe above will work for you, even if just for the short term.
