Often, after selecting to allow gift options for an item and saving, I can come right back to that same item to find gift options unchecked. That already wastes considerable time as I come back one or more times until it finally saves, but the kicker is that I often come back to my website to find that all items have had gift options removed! I'm tired of getting emails from people asking to add a gift message because the option just decided to remove itself.
