Online Store Inventory

Can someone explain more about locations? I would like my online store to be one location and then have a couple of other locations set up for physical locations. But I can't have the same item in multiple locations. Right now, I can't tell exactly what is showing in my online store compared to my inventory.

When you are in your dashboard, under items, click an item to go into the detail screen. Near the top, there is a selector for location(s). For each item, you can set which location(s) you want it to be available at. Inside there, you will also find a checkbox for "all future locations". If you don't want items to be automatically included in any future locations, be sure that is unchecked.

Can I get a list of those items I have updated with additional photos, etc on my website? Right now, I know I have some items that I have updated and some items that have just synced over to my website with the original photo from before I had a website and was just using square for inventory.

Are you asking if it's possible to see a list of the items that you have recently updated?

If so, that's not a feature that is available at this time.
