How to Unsubscribe a customer from Abandoned Cart emails?

Hey folks - we have a customer who reached out asking to be unsubscribed from abandon cart emails. How can we do this? Not seeing anything in the Help Center about it. Thank you!

There should be an Unsubscribe link at the footer of these emails - has your customer looked there yet?

At this time, it's not possible for customers to opt out of abandoned cart emails. However, your customer should only receive one email message per abandoned cart left on the website. Any clue if they are receiving multiple emails for the same order?
