Shipping Issue

I just spent the day building my online store. When I went to test it, the shipping charge did not add to the order. I can not find where to turn that feature on. I do have the shipping charges set up. Can someone help me find where to toggle this? Thanks in advance

The shipping rate only appears in the checkout page after you put the delivery address.

As mentioned above, the shipping charges will appear at the end of the checkout process, once a customer has entered a shipping address.

The shipping cost is showing for me. The address is a just a random one I picked.
