&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;As&amp;nbsp;of now technically, there aren't any built in features that&amp;nbsp;can stop the customer from booking appointments. However, as a work around, you do&amp;nbsp;have the option to enable "merchant approval" before any buyer initiated appointment can be confirmed which gives you more control.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It is important to note that this cannot be done at an individual customer level, it must&amp;nbsp;be enabled&amp;nbsp;for all customers moving forward.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
