      <title>How to remove requirement to present customer’s ID when they place an online delivery?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use on demand delivery with Square Online Ordering. However, I have been having problems that my customers are asked to present their ID upon delivery even if their order don’t contain any alcoholic items (see attached picture). I checked all of my existing items and they do not have “contain alcohol” selection. Did this happen anyone before and how can I solve it? My customers don’t feel complete showing their ID as their orders don’t contain any alcoholic items.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’ve tried to talk to Square support on the phone, chat and email but none of them know the solution to this.
