&lt;P&gt;Addresses on the checkout page are validated by Google, but there should be an option to manually input the address as well. Can you post a link to your website so we can take a look?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Out of curiosity, how did you previously work around the issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Customer cannot checkout - shipping address</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning.&amp;nbsp; I was contacted by someone who said they could not check out because they were told their ship to address was not valid.&amp;nbsp; This has happened before and we worked around it.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone have any suggestion as to what the issue could be ?&amp;nbsp; Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
