E-Gift Card Site Not Loading

The E-gift cards page on my site is just staying on a white screen. My clients can't purchase e-gift cards. This has been going on for a couple days.

Is square gift cards down?

Hmm that shouldn't happen. We haven't received other reports from sellers experiencing the same.

I went to your website and the navigation links seem to take me to the correct page, but it doesn't load.

I would visit your Square Dashboard and make sure the option to sell eGift cards online is on and the link provided there works correctly.

You might need to copy that link and have your navigation link take you there instead of taking you to a page within your website. Our support team can walk you through how to do that if you need to.

The egift card site appears to be down today. When clients try to click the tab from my square website, the get error 404 site not found. When I directly click on our egift card website, I am able to get to the payment info portal, but when we click the pay with card button, it also errors out and says please try again later.

I've reviewed your site, and I didn't encounter any error messages. Could you please share a screenshot along with the browser you're using?

I'd be happy to investigate further.
