Deliver multiple orders to one school

Is there a way to not have any options for delivery or pick-up? I have an order for a school & the parents are ordering individually but I am delivering to the school to be distributed to the athletes. This is free of charge so I don't need a delivery or a pick-up option.

Hi @drdstees - the way that I've handled this before is by creating a discount code for "free shipping" or "free delivery" that can be plugged in. That way, no shipping is charged on those orders where that secret discount code is used. It's a little funky, but it gets the job done! Alternatively, you could set up a Fulfillment option specifically for this and name it something like "ABC High School Athletic Delivery" and make it free. You just run the risk of customers using it who shouldn't...

I also deliver to schools and swim teams. How did you setup a new fulfillment option? I don't see how to do it. Thank you!

Hey @littlemama - here's how I do it:

On the left side, click on Fulfillment

Under Shipping Profiles, click Edit

Then at the very bottom, you can click "Add Another Rate."

I don't have anything named "Shipping Profiles". The only thing I have is Save on Shipping with UPS. Can you help? I posted a screen shot as well.
