I keep getting a message that says "Unable to process your request. Reload page and try again" I am trying to fix a section on my main page where the button keeps linking to a broken page no matter how many times I reconnect the link. I only have that problem in this section. I tried deleting the section all together and although It looks deleted on the back end, it still appears Live. I was unable to unlink the button but the button still appears.

Hi Rbd,

You may want to try to unpublish your Square site and then publish the site it again. Sometimes doing this can fix odd things - kinda like doing a reboot. If nothing changes, then contacting Tech Support would be your next option.

From the Dashboard, Click on "Online".

Then "Website".

Then "Site Preferences"

Scroll to see "Unpublish"

After that you can republish.

Click on "Website"

Then "Edit Site"

Then "Publish" (top right corner".
