Pop-up will not stay active

I'm trying to create a popup that will give a coupon to new visitors of the site and sign them up to our newsletter. No matter what I do the popup won't stay active for more than a few minutes. I've tried contacting support, and they have no idea why this is happening. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Hello @EatinFreshK thanks for your post. So I'm understanding your question...do you want the pop up to remain on the screen until either a visitor fills it out, or clicks on an X to exit? Usually website pop up are temporary and only remain on screen a short amount of time. A few minutes is usually enough time to cause a visitor reaction.

OR, are you saying that the popup works on your website for only a few minutes, and then the pop up doesn't work anymore? If that is the case, the popup may be tied to a cookie, and that it remembers that YOU (as a tester) already clicked on and made a choice about the popup. If that is the case, it may not show up for you again (only new visitors who never have seen the popup before) You could try deleting your cookies and try again. And you can list your website here and someone in the Square Community could test it for you.

@EatinFreshK Will the pop up not stay active as in each time you refresh the page it won't show up or in the "Edit Website" it shows unavailable? The latter may be a syncing issue.

I'm saying it's not staying active. Like it just keeps switching its status to inactive no matter what I do. Like i've shown in the pictures. The website is Eatinfreshkitchen.com, but it's not showing up for anyone because it won't stay active, and I don't know why.

On the backend it says inactive, and it won't stay active even if i publish it again
