    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/50735"&gt;@BUG&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You’re totally right, there are a lot of square products and it can get confusing!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Luckily your items on Square Online and Square Retail should totally sync, especially if you have Square Sync turned on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could create the item either in Square or Square Online, and they should sync over and reflect on both places.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I usually recommend making the item in regular Square and then hop over to Square Online and edit any online ordering settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how this goes for you and if you have any other questions&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm confused with SQ online, SQ Dashboard, SQ up, Square retail, I sell in store and trying so hard to get it online as well, some of it goes on there and some do not. Every time I call they send me generic directions and gets me more confused... Where do I create an item ? I want it both on line and in my check out...&amp;nbsp; Does the on-line and retail SQ sync?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
