Square Online does not currently have an ability to support member only page functionality that has been available in Weebly.

We have over 100 wine club members that then get invited to access a members only page where we have a monthly selections form for members. We have migrated all of our other website functionality to Square Online but are stuck without being able to move our members only page. This is critical to the revenue success of our business and we needed the cleaner integration of the Square Online Store but the lack of members only page functionality is not optimal.

Can someone from Square Online product management advise when members functionality will be enabled in Square Online?

To get a bit more clarity on what you had with your Weebly site -- are you referring to a private portal (accessible only to members via login) or possibly a hidden link you shared with your wine club members?

@DannyH We are referring to the existing members functionality in weebly, so yes, a private portal (accessible only to members via login). We add our club members to the weebly members list and then they get an invite to set up their own login to our private members only page. A hidden link will not work for our needs.

I'm currently speaking with our ECOM team to get a better understanding of this transition and if this is on the roadmap. I'll report back as soon as I get word!

Just got word from our ECOM team that Square Online is planning to have the private portal feature implemented towards the latter end of this year (subject to change).

What currently is available is the ability to password protect individual pages. Check it out here.
