Where did Coupons in Square Online go?

Just went to set-up a coupon (which I do on a regular basis) and I noticed the coupon option isn't listed under items anymore. I couldn't find it anywhere else on the Square Online area either (besides Reports, which isn't the function I'm looking for).

Back in the main/overall section, there's the Discount button (which I ended up using), and it mentions coupons in Square Online with a link, but it only goes to the main menu for Square Online again.

Mine still shows under items. I would suggest signing out and back in to possibly refresh the options.

Nope, still missing. AND the discounts I set up aren't working either, even though all of the parameters are correct and current.

After working with Square Support, managed to find a work-around. Even though Coupons doesn't show up under Items anymore on my Online site, it DOES show up on Shared Settings/Coupons, and I can get those to work. Doesn't explain what happened to Items/Coupons though.
