    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI, this is a seller to seller community board with no one here to assist.&amp;nbsp; In experience here a bug with the engineering team just means Square is aware of the problem.&amp;nbsp; You can search the Discussion boards to see many "bugs" from 2018 still affecting sellers.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Your bug may be item number 2000 on their list of bugs, who knows.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You included correspondence to/from Square but no information what your site is experiencing.&amp;nbsp; Can you please include a screenshot or link?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Maybe another seller would have a workaround.&lt;/P&gt;
