Having a modifier available only in house, not online

Hi There! I want to add an option for customers to get their takeaway orders in a deposit container, but we only want to offer that in the store and not online. Is there a way to add a modifier to an item without it being visible online as well? Thanks!

Hello @FarmSpirit

Modifiers can be hidden in Square Online.

If you go to edit the item from your Square Online Dashboard, you'll see a checkbox to hide the modifier.

Keep in mind only modifiers can be hidden, not variations.

If that doesn't work for you, I would recommend using notes when taking the order.
