Shipping at check out in my cart is very odd..

The shipping in my cart when going to check out appears as a drop down showing multiple shipping prices for all my products, not the shipping for the item being purchased.

As a result it leaves the ability to choose any shipping fee, including the lowest priced one, which is obviously not correct.

I need help with this asap.
