    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/66280"&gt;@greg408&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;check your item in your online catalog under your regular square dashboard and make sure the item is not "marked sold out"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a newer setting that when stock tracking is turned off that you can in the point of sale or online dashboard mark an item as sold out.&amp;nbsp; This could still be checked on if you disable stock tracking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know if this helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've been using square since about 2016 for my gourmet cookie bakery business.&amp;nbsp; I have only 3 items of baked goods that I'm selling to my customers.&amp;nbsp; Started using SquareUp's online sales website to incorporate "order ahead" purchases for my customers who don't like to wait.&amp;nbsp; Recently, the "Out of Stock" notification is showing and doesn't allow them to order.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I've changed the setting on the 'online store' page to not track stock, but there's no change.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I don't think I should be required to purchase any plan at this point - simple click and purchase interface.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;What am I doing wrong?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
