MY ITEMS KEEP GETTING TOGGLED OFF AFTER A FEW MINUTES

Every time I toggle a new item on to be visible on my website after a few minutes it just automatically gets toggled off....I have been on the phone with support for the past 2 weeks and the only thing they can tell me is that their "engineers are looking into it" and when I tell them I am paying a lot of money to have a website that is not functioning they said " sorry we can't give you any compensation till we fix it" HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE! I am starting to regret switching to using square online because I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE EASIER...

Hey @sacredheart926 - Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it can be when something has not worked for a while. It sounds like a ticket may have already been filed with our team. Can you confirm if that is the case?

I am happy to escalate this again so we can hopefully get it fully resolved. When you have a moment can you share a few examples of items this is currently happening with? That will help us take a closer look.

It's been "escalated" 5 times already and nothing has happened no time frame nothing....

Well nothing is being done about it soo. I don't get any updates on what they are doing.
