How are you creating your checkout link? Here is a <A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6692-get-started-with-square-checkout-links" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><STRONG>post</STRONG></A> about creating online checkout links, and these should work for both items and services. If you'd like me to checkout your site and see if I can see anything unusual, feel free to post a link.
