DNS Settings and website not launching

Hi there!

I made the mistake of trying out Shopify earlier this year, and had to wait 60 days to get my domain name back to Weebly--- it's back but I cannot get my website to launch. The issue I'm seeing is the DNS settings need to be reset. Shopify tells me they have completely deleted my info so I cannot reset it with them-- I've tried resetting and editing the DNS records under weekly's domain > Manage link but it doesn't seem to stick. Support is not able to help and I've been without a website for a few weeks now-- does anyone know how to fix this issue? the site is Cinderceramics.com Thank you!

HI, to understand, you need your domain to work on Weebly? Square and Weebly are one platform, you can follow the steps from the Square Support page.

Thank you- yes- I've chatted with Shopify and square(weebly) multiple times and have followed every instruction but there is something that is causing it to not work properly. Sadly it has been a loop I've been stuck in-- I actually just ended up giving up and bought a new domain name this morning and finally have a website again. I'll definitely never transfer domains again! 🙂
