Deleted Items still showing up after deleting item

I created a duplicate item when we were experimenting with different strategies for made-to-order and ready-to-ship. We decided on an approach that does not require duplicative listings. All of my other test items responded as expected when I deleted the duplicative item except one. Bookmark 3D printed has been deleted from Item list, so I cannot change visibility or location, but it is still showing up in the website (https://www.bluecraylabs.com/product/bookmark-3d-printed/65?cp=true&sa=true&sbp=false&q=false). I have already looked to see it was archived or hidden but still available for edit. It is not. I also went to the item pages on the website itself and cannot find it. The only one I see in my item pages is the one that I want to keep (https://www.bluecraylabs.com/product/bookmark-3d-printed-adorable-animal-designs/89?cp=true&sa=false&sbp=false&q=true). How do I remove https://www.bluecraylabs.com/product/bookmark-3d-printed/65?cp=true&sa=true&sbp=false&q=false?

Welcome to the Community!

From all of the troubleshooting you listed, it sounds like you did everything right. The only other thing I could suggest is re-publishing your site to show these changes.

Also, I tried the links you provided in your post and each of them came up with a 404 error. Are you still seeing that item on your site?

I contacted support and they corrected the issue. I know republishing was part of the solution, I am not sure about the other details.
