Shipping/Delivery help

I sell and deliver bulk materials like soil, mulch and gravel to homes. I use my own dump trucks for delivery. My delivery fee is $60 per trip. Some customers want more than one material delivered, this means they will have 2 deliveries to their home (2 $60 trips). I cannot figure out how to set this up in the shipping options. Flat rate just charges $60 for their entire order regardless of how many different materials are ordered. Charging by weight won't work because they could put a variety of materials in their cart and still only pay $60 for delivery.

Ideally it would look like this:

6 yards mulch $123

2 tons 57 limestone $95

Tax $13.34

Delivery $120

Can you assign each product their own "shipping" fee or set up a shipping category for each type of product?
