Unable to Edit Square Online Pop-Ups

Today I have suddenly lost the ability to create or edit pop-ups. The links are all there in the menu but when I click on either "Make Announcement" or attempt to edit any of my existing announcments i get a weebly 404 error "inside" the popup editor. That is to say i follow the following path

Dashboard->Ecommerce->Online->Communications->Pop-ups->BuildAnnouncement

This takes me to same editor page as always - except where my pop-up box preview would normally be i get a box that says

404

Error - Page Not Found

I would post an image but this forum does not allow me to. For the record, this has worked fine for several years. I have attempted this edit on multiple pcs using both Chrome and Edge.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble editing your popups! 🙁 Can you please confirm your site URL so we can have a look from our end?

Can you also confirm the browser you are using and if it is up to date? One suggestion I have is to try opening the editor in a private or incognito window. Just in case you are running into a one-off cache/cookie error.
