Need help with editing color on appointments page.

My entire website has a black theme going. For some reason when I edited the pricing on my services it changed the background of the box the service is listed in to white when it used be black with some transparency to see the background (picture) I had set. I’ve tried deleting the page and re-adding it several times, I’ve tried changing site design colors, and there’s no option that I could see to change the color because it won’t let me select the box, only the text boxes. Anyone else have this issue before? That page just doesn’t look the same and it’s really bothering me. I’ve place arrows to better show what “background” I’m talking about in the attached picture.

I took a look and seems like the boxes are back to being transparent.
