    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/459921"&gt;@ScoobySupplies&lt;/a&gt; !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There could be a couple of things that's hanging up your ordering.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Are you using Pickup/Delivery or shipping? Both have a few extra steps to get everything up and running. Please verify your settings in Dashboard -&amp;gt; Online -&amp;gt; Fulfillment -&amp;gt; Pickup and Delivery and/or Shipping.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-(pickup)Is your store currently accepting orders and are you placing an order during operating hours? If it's not, have you enabled ordering ahead of time (also on that fulfillment-&amp;gt; pickup and delivery page)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Try clearing the cache and history on your browser and reloading the page. If you've been doing a lot of tweaking there's a good chance that you're looking at an older version of the page which can cause random problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Make sure all your items match your fulfillment type: Online -&amp;gt; Site Items , check each item and make sure the correct fulfillment type is selected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If these aren't helping you, please respond with your website address and we can dig further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Orders not placing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;- i have finished the setup of my first website and there seems to be no issues apart from when i try and place and place a order on the website from my phone (im testing how my website is for a customer on the phone) and the order does not place, it just loads a little and nothing changes. there is nothing on my dashboard that is telling me there is a issue, my account is set up correctly and bank account linked. There is nothing on my orders page and im not sure what the issue is? From the phone i haven't been charged anything from my bank account. Anybody know the issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
