Square Store, Image thumbnails are blurry

Hello, just had a question, all my images are the same size and format, but on the store the thumbnails are blurry but when you click on it, and it opens up the bigger picture they are fine. any ideas, my photo ratio is set to 1:1. and sometimes only one of them is clear, I attached a photo so you can see. The top right is clear, and the rest are blurry. Thanks

HI, you need to change the image "shape" in a few places for the image to display correctly.

Example steps below are for Retail Format Template hopefully it will help.

Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, upper left click Page: Home down arrow,

1) Shop All, select Item List, select Item Images, select proper Shape, Done

2) Page: Shop All down arrow, scroll down to Item Pages, select ANY one of the items listed, select Item Details, Image Gallery, select proper shape (to match shape previously selected), Done

3) Page: (whatever item you selected previously) down arrow, select Home, **if you have Featured Items on the Home page**, Content, Item Images, select proper shape (to match previously selected), Done

Once all these are set to "fit" images will appear correctly.

@Gold Thanks for the reply, when click on the down arrow on the home page I don't see shop all. I am currently using Order Online (Restaurant features) not the Shop All (Retail features). is there still a way to do this? if so, I can't seem to find where the images are located at to select proper shape. Thanks again for the help.

HI, thank you for the screenshots. Can you please share a screenshot of what you see without clicking on the down arrow on the Home tab? (Clicking on the down arrow on the Home tab only shows what is on the Home Page, I need to see what is available to apply to the website as a whole.)

HI, thank you for the screenshot. I see there are no image detail sections there. Hopefully the following will help.

Page: Home down arrow, Standard Pages, select Gallery (if Item Details, select Image Details, Shape)

Page: Home down arrow, scroll down to Item Pages, select any item, Item Details, Image Gallery, Shape

i have every image sent to 3:4 but am still getting blurry thumbnails and clear item images once on the item page. what do i do?

4) *Continue for all pages with images
