Self-Serve Ordering is charging customers wrong amounts

Hello,

I'm using Square Self-Serving portal and I have found out that the customer is getting charged incorrectly.

For example: Customer ordered 1 item for $16.99 plus sales tax $1.55.

Total charge: $18.54

But the customer is charged $31.52 ($12.98 extra - with no line item to justify the total)

I've multiple customers with this complaint. I've opened a ticket but wanted to check here with the community if anyone else facing this issue.
