website not taking orders and my site is accepting orders

in Dec of 2024 I did a test run with my site I ordered an item and mailed it to myself, it worked and everything went will. For some reason I was making a sell online the customer told me that the site did NOT let them order. I tried it and as I went to my cart it took me to my main page for the site.

I do not know why this happened?
I have been spending the last few days looking EVERYWHERE on my dashboard, try to see if i can find any videos about this happening. nothing... maybe I'm missing something. I hope to get a solution for this problem very soon, i have items that I exclusively sell through my site and I need it to work by my next event.

P.S. - this is what the checkout looks like, i have shipping as my preferred method of operation, i have carriers, packaging etc not sure why the info doesn't so it did when i did my test run. 😕

Hey @DanitaS

I tried ordering and it would not let me go further than the checkout either. Have you tried unpublishing your site and then republishing. If that does nothing, I would definitely contact support and let them look at everything for you. I know it's frustrating but I'm sure they can get you all squared away.
