I wanted to send everyone who ordered eCards for Christmas a paper gift certificate with the information on it.

Hey there, @paintapicture -

Stepping in for MayaP on this one. Yes, you would be able to access the eGift card information on your Dashboard. I would recommend going to Payments > Gift Cards > eGift Cards. There will be the list of all your eGift Cards for your business.

Apologies, @paintapicture.

Correct, you cannot access the whole PAN of the eGift Card through your Dashboard. You won't have access to that information.

If you'd like to send something to your customers, you have the option to print the eGift Card on your end to send to them. It will show them the barcode and the amount on there.

Not a problem, @paintapicture!

Actually you would only be able to print the email notification the customer gets. Adding or changing your email address to it is the best option.

I know this isn't an ideal method to get what you're looking for. I can suggest posting a Feature Request on our Ideate Board to the Product Team to have them look into getting this implemented in the future.
