Unable to add items to cart or delete

Hi I am trying to test my newly published site and I can't add items to cart and the one item I was able to add, I can't delete!! I've looked over the sales tax on my dash and it seems all fine. HELP!!

Hello @Lil_Katy thanks for your post. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this issue. Would you mind giving out your website address? Someone in the Community could take a look at your website from their end and see if anything looks incorrect.

Hello @Lil_Katy Are you still running into the items / cart issue?

I tested the shopping process on your site with one item, through entering payment, and it behaves properly.

I was also able to delete the item from the cart.

I am having this same issue as of this morning. I did make changes yesterday to products and categories - but now the site is not working. With any item it says that there was an error and to please try again. I really need this fixed. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Thank you so much for your reply! My issue has been resolved. I was able to get in touch with Square and a customer service representative was fantastic - was able to elevate the issue and fix.
