Need help linking Instagram posts to Square Online store

My Square Online Store is currently linked to my Facebook page and my Instagram account. When I make a post and tag a product item picture to like to my online store the tags show up in Facebook but not on Instagram. You can see the post on Instagram but not the tags.

I have looked at it every way I can think of but so far I cannot figure out what is going wrong.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Gail410, thanks for your post.

If your Instagram account is registered as a business account, you should be able to set up shopping tags with the following steps:

Go to your Square Online site editor, and go to your Instagram section or page.
Select Add shopping tags in the left side menu. This can be found under Instagram account for an Instagram section or under Shop Feed for an Instagram page.
You will be redirected to a shopping tags management page where you can select an image to tag it with product information and make it available for purchase on your website.
Select directly the image of where your product that you want to tag.
Search your product catalogue for the product you want to tag.
Once you have tagged all products, select Done.
Save your tagged images, and Publish the site to see the changes live.
